Nebtrix provides AI automation consulting, implementation, and development services to small and medium-sized businesses.

The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement will be agreed upon in a separate written proposal or contract.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or entity at our discretion.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Nebtrix and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Custom deliverables built for clients (AI systems, automations, applications) transfer to the client upon full payment, as specified in the project agreement.

Any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or intellectual property owned by Nebtrix remain our property and may be licensed for client use.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required to deliver the agreed services.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to share any data, systems access, or third-party credentials provided to Nebtrix.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and testing all deliverables within the agreed review period.

Payment terms are agreed upon in individual project contracts.

Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the project agreement.

We reserve the right to pause or terminate work on a project in the event of non-payment.

Nebtrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the relevant project in the preceding 3 months.

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or revenue increases from AI implementation.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during an engagement.

This obligation continues for 2 years after the completion or termination of an engagement.

Nebtrix will not disclose client business information to third parties without explicit written consent.

Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days written notice.

Upon termination, the client is liable for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

Nebtrix may terminate access to services immediately if a client violates these terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The most recent version will always be available on this page.

Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
